$5843 OTD almost exactly one month ago. I also gave them around $900 for the GYTR tuner and a Rekluse Core EXP clutch. Put it all on Yamaha's 0% financing (as long as it is paid off in 6 months). They only had 2 blue models left at this price.

You did the right thing and bought it before the end of 2010. Just found out that the big rebates on '10's ended last year.:-o
Apparently they moved enough of them with the rebates.

NC state tax is 8.25%. I bought it a couple months ago when Yamaha had the $750 rebate on the 2010s.

Wow. When NC jump from 6% to 8.25%? I thought it was 3% on new vehicles but I guess that's just cars. So you paid 7K something otd. If that's the case I think I'm getting a good deal on a 2011 for $7400 otd everything included

I'm not questioning your resources but I would like to know how you know this for a fact. The reason I'm asking is b/c there is a dealership on Ebay out of Byron, Missensota selling a 2011 YZ450 Blue/White for $6895 + $90 doc fee and free shipping which =$6985. Hopefully the link will work below even though the item expired last night.

http://cgi.ebay.com/...AAQ:MOTORS:1123

The dealer that quoted me the $7300 wants to charge me tax but I found a dealership that quoted me $7400 OTD no tax or any other charges. Also what part on NY are you in .
