Lighting stator question 07' 450

Been reading a lot of threads on this and though there seem to be a couple that will work at the 50watt level (which is fine for what I need) I keep reading comments about them failing. The last thing I want is to be stranded somewhere so has anybody had a certain one on their yz for a while with good luck? 95% of the time the only electrical draw I will need is to a 3watt LED brake light.

The problem is that the ignition side of the modified stators fails from half the coils doing twice the work they formerly did.

080 - my mate has a '07 YZF 450 on the road fitted with a lighting stator from Pro-Racing, www.proracing.co.uk. He fitted it when the bike was new & hasn't had any problems. I've used their Kawasaki one in the past & it was brilliant.
