What is the spark plug torque spec 06 yz450

Why don't you own a manual?:

Spark plug torque isn't in there anyway. 13-15 ft/lb. I could be obnoxious and ask why you need to use a torque wrench on a spark plug, but I'm past that stage. :excuseme:

I always go with the German spec for spark plugs: Gutentight.
