Will depend on what you do. Get a dremel tool, and the grinding tips and some fine sander rolls with polishing gear. Pop the head off, remove the valves. Clean out the areas under the valve seats, smooth it all out, radius everything, no sharp edges, everything smooth and flowing. Dont open it up too much, not sure if water flows in the WR/YZ heads or if its just the cylinder. As for the exhaust, enlarge it, then smooth this out as best as you can, then polish it. You can polish the intake side, but low end will suffer, the roughness on the intake helps to atomize the air fuel mixture.
