I need to give my YZ400F some TLC related to loose rear spokes. Some are very seized and will not not move even after soaking with Penetrating oils. Do I have an after market option for spokes or is OEM the only solution.

Check out the Thumpertalk Shop, a variety of aftermarket spoke sets are available there as well as OEM. Generally I have found the brands offered by the shop are good quality.

I would have no problem with aftermarket spokes, for me it is generally just a matter of price difference between OEM and aftermarket items.
