I believe the 750 pipe is longer than the 1000 ... so sticks out the back of the DR650. Not much in it. I believe both are Ti and very well made.
MX Rob has full details and pics on this. Find his threads and it's all there.
750 is the same size, but not Ti (+ 1lb), has a smaller outlet, and is about 2db quieter.

Actually per Robs write up the 750 x18G1x is longer by 5 1/2 inches and larger in diameter by 3/4 inch than the 1000 x40F0x.  Look at page 2.

Maybe some confusion here because I'd bet Suzuki may have made slight changes in the mufflers over the years ... so one year to the next you may see different lengths
and materials. I prefer short as possible.  IMO, the GSXR Pipe I have is still a bit TOO LONG ... but I'm living with it.

Trade offs are worth it if the Mid Pipe holds up over time and the seal to the header is good. No repacking is good compared to PITA FMF and Titanium wears very well over the years. I had Ti pipes on my
V-Strom for 6 years and 80,000 miles and they were amazing. (Remus pipes) I'm sure the GSXR one is just as good ... and it's pretty light weight.

I sold my DR650 and had just bought 3 brand new EMGO oil filters for it. They retail for $5.50 each. I will take $15 shipped for all 3 as long as it is in the lower 48. Thanks!

My 2009 DR650 blew over in the work parking lot (yeah, right!) and whacked the right rear turn signal. Anyone got one they want to part with? Thanks!

Hello from Brisbane Australia!

I have three GSXR/Hayabusa mufflers and custom mid-pipes for DR 650 for sale or trade. Two #24 'busa in perfect condition. These are 2in. longer than #35 or #40, still 4-3/4"od but make perfect power and sound amazing. Also a #35 in as new condition, the quietest option. The mid-pipes bring the mufflers further forward than the other mid-pipes and are made with slightly thicker stock. Send me your e-mail and i will send pics. Would like to sell ($350 each) or trade for a better than stock seat or ??

How much are you letting the rim go for.

I need a front and rear rim. More a rear than the front

For you old school riders. I have a full rear and front suspension set-up off of an 85 Suzuki SP600. Same as the DR600 parts.
The front suspension is forks (seals no good), whole front brake set-up (m/c too, still attached to caliper, needs to be rebuilt), triples w/headlight mounting plates, and the whole front wheel/tire. The tire sux, but there isn't a single chip on the anodizing on the rim. No dings in the fork legs.
Rear suspension has the "full floater" system. The swing arm, the linkage, and the shock are all there. The rear axle, and brake assembly, and wheel are all there.
The parts listed here are from the bike on my profile pic. The only limitation I have here is shipping. The parts are big and heavy, and would cost quite a bit to ship. I am located near the border of n.e. IL, and s.e. WI (Kenosha/ Racine area). Asking $50 for the whole rear set-up, or $50 for the whole front set-up. I am not going to use these parts in the build, and the price is negotiable. Shipping will have to be discussed. Thanks. Ian

I would also trade either assembly for a 98 DR650 rear hub and axle.

Need cerbis seat. Cuz i hate my stock seat its just not made for 50 mile rides. Or at least a BETTER seat something with more cushion for longer rides

Need all 4 turn signals. Wouldnt mind LED's as long as there BRIGHT have to be able to use them as running lights as well.

Left driver foot peg.
If anyone knows where i could get some mark 3 wide foot pegs give me a heads up. They dont have to be new.

GSXR/Busa pipes priced too high? Make me an offer. Others sell the mid-pipe for $210, then add a gasket for $10 and shipping to Australia of $40. $260 before you get a muffler. Add a vgc muffler for even $100 and you are at my price. If close to Brisbane I will let you try the pipe first. My mid-pipes bring the muffler further forward and in.  Lets drop the price for the #24 and #35 to $300 ono and add a #40 in "perfect" condition for $350.

I think your price is fair. But I only paid $60 USD for my GSXR muffler. I'm still waiting on a deal on the Mid Pipe. (not many deals around that I've ever seen) Jesse at Kientech (the best option) charges $210 USD for Two Brothers mid pipe. Most DR guys don't get the GSXR muffler as cheap as I did ... lets figure the price averages between $100 USD and $150 USD just for the muffler. So using that math .... your price is great.

I'm hoping to find a mid pipe for HALF Jesse's price. So far, no luck. I have a really good custom muffler shop near me. I know the guy, he's done my mufflers and stuff for 10 years. He's a Buell rider. I'm betting he could make the mid pipe in an hour ... easy. They do $150,000 custom Hot Rods and exotic Euro sports cars. Very high end, very skilled.
Are you saying Shipping to OZ is only $40USD? WOW! I thought it was more.
