Post a pic of a thumper chopper or bobber you like. Here are a few to get started with:

Maybe something a bit more "industrial"?

Anyone interested in finishing the one I stared?

What makes you ask? LOL! Yes I do. I've owned many motorcycles over the years but my SR500 rider is the only one I've hung onto since it was new.

I like 'em but have never owned one. To me they make nice cafe bikes. Are those your work?

Not mine, except for the uncompleted project at the end. But those pics are similar to what I was going for. They make nice cafe bikes too if you like the minimalist look (which I do). The SRs are nostalgic for me. Old Brit simple with better electrics and no leaks. Way cheaper to buy and maintain than a vintage Norton or BSA single but they still have some of the old school appeal.

The first and third ones I've built. The second is in the "show your cruiser" thread.

Here is my bobber.I built it out of a crashed 2002 Dyna Defender cop bike and a 2002 frame I bought on ebay.I can list mods and work if anyone is interested but it will be quite a long post.I expect to do a bit of explaining once people start to point out the dents in the tank.

Nice XS650. I have an '82 I'm building.I need to get busy on it.So far the only thing I have done is hardtail the frame and build/mount the seat pan.I added drag bars but thats not considered fab.I'll throw up some pics when I can.
