what is the best way to set up the rear shock for your w8???( on a yz426f)

With suspension, you select springs for your weight, and adjust or modify the damping for your skill level and/or type of riding you do. If your bike has the stock springs on it, and you are lighter than about 165 or heavier than about 195, you'll need to change the front and rear springs to match.
