Top End / Head bolts replacement?

Hi Guys,
Do i have to replace / buy new head bolts when doing a top end?\

The manual doesn't call for it, but if it's the second or third retorque, it's not a bad idea.

ive had my head bolts off 3 times, and torqued 3 times, when i rebuild it this winter, ill use new ones.
