suspension setup???

hi im looking to set my suspension up for my weight and height for mx and enduros im looking to get the best seting possible for them both if anyone has advice on fork oil, clicks for adjusting etc would be fantasic my weight is 182 and my height is 5,9 thanks

You select springs for your weight, and work the damping for your skills. At 182, the OEM standard springs should be fine.
