I need a good starting point for the settings on my shock and forks. My weight is #210 and I 6'2". Any Ideas, this is a brand new 01 426.
Thanks

This is my recommendations:
1) .48 Fork springs
2) 5.8 Shock spring
3) Set fork oil height to 75mm (fluid in inner tube only method)
Forks:
Compression 7
Rebound 11

Shock:
Compression 7
HS adjuster 2 1/4
Rebound 12

This should be a good starting point.
