Hey on the 09 yz450 the mixture screw which dirction leans it out and which richens it now this is the big screw on the left side sitting on the bike :smirk:

Screwing it in leans it, backing it out richens it.

The big screw on the left side is the idle adjustment screw. The screw on the bottom of the float bowl is the fuel screw for adjusting the the pilot circuit richer/leaner.
