I run a 5.8 spring. The BBR spring is a 6.2. I weigh 155 (no gear). You need to weigh at least 180 (ish) to 200 (ish) for a BBR spring. Also, you will need to valve it to slow down the rebound so it won't be a pogo stick and make you go over the bars.
