01 yz426 electrical issues wr parts could cure?

here we go

bought an 01 streel legal 426. has it all. lights signals, fan, horn.....

ran good for about 10 hrs. now its dead.

The guy did what looked like a nice job. Has ignition with a key connected to a batterie conected to a trailtech computer everything worked fine(rpm, temp, speedo...)

died yesterday I have no more spark, and getting very little juice at the coil.

I have a 98 wr 400 parts bike and was wondering if I should basicly ditch his batterie system and replace it with the wr electrical system mageto coils and all.

Would that solve my problem??

Or would anyone have a better solution?
