need to repack silencer

I have a 2008 YZ 450f with a Dr. D stainless exhaust system. I bought the exhaust brand new about a year ago. Is it time to change the exhaust packing? What brand of packing should I use? The Dr. D brand is expensive compared to the FMF packing. Does it make a difference?

Just use the fmf stuff, i do it does the job

The FMF packing will work fine. They are all basically the same IMO, and yes its prob time to repack. Never hurts

I love the string packing. So easy to use. looks like the fmf orange stuff.

This months DIRT BIKE mag has a good "how to" on re-packing the can. Just a thought..
