What kind of skid plates are you using on your 450's?

I run the gytr enduro skid plate, great protection of lower fram and water pump.

I bought the GYT-R skid plate not the enduro one mentioned above. I don't reccomend it though the quality of the materials and the craftmanship was terrible. I want to ge a Devol offroad skid plate next.

I looked at the Devol and like the fact that it's wider than the Works connection model.

I just got a GYT-R enduro plate for my 250F.... quality seems fine, fit was excellent

The front two mounts(the billet inserts) were too wide so I had to auger them out and the rear insert is too deep so I had to auger that one out too:bonk: the bike was new when it went on only one "break in" ride on it.

Just be prepared for the increase in reflected engine noise. You'll get used to it after a while but it may be somewhat surprising at first. :thumbsup:

ive got the works connection one. The protection is good but it doesnt cover the entire frame rails. So my frame rails have little chips on the edge that is exposed which really pisses me off.
