i got a 04 yzf450 that i need fork springs for sense i cut the ones in it for ice riding.

im 140 pounds and am going to be riding mostly trails and some tracks and i would say im a top c class rider when i tracks.


so what fork springs should i get and where should i get them from?

Recommended Fork Spring Rate: 0.434 kg/mm (use closest available)
Stock Fork Spring Rate: .460 kg/mm (stock)

REAR SHOCK SPRING
Recommended Rear Shock Spring Rate: 5.14 kg/mm (use closest available)
Stock Shock Spring Rate: 5.3 kg/mm (stock)

MX-Tech

Stock Spring Rates:
Fork: 0.45 kgmm
Shock: 5.3 kgmm
Recommended Spring Rates:
Fork: 0.41 kg/mm
Shock: 5.0 kg/mm
