If I add a slip on to my 07 yz450f will I have to change the jettting?

It depends on what slip on you go to, but a good performing slip on will most likely require a minor jetting adjustment.

Considering it's an '07, you may not have to. The '07 has a relatively small core diameter in the stock muffler, and quite often when going to a system with a larger core, the jetting becomes richer, sometimes to the point that one needs to correct it leaner. If you still have the OEM jetting, which tends to be on the lean side, it could work out just about right.

Doesn't hurt to go over it, though, just in case.

I guess it will be a trial and error thing. Hopefully I won't have to change it.
