tighting cylinder head bolts

Just want to make sure I'm doing it right,
1st round 30Nm or 22ft.lb
remove bolts or loosen then tighten again to 20Nm or 14ft.lb.
and finally last step turn bolts 180 degrees.

Yes, that's correct, but you should remember to add engine assembly lube/anti-seize grease on the threads of the head bolts. I wasn't even able to turn my head bolts a full 180 degress after torquing to 14 ft. lbs, it was so tight and I could only turn it a little more than 90 degrees.
