I just noticed my clutch was starting to slip, but not too bad yet, and wanted to know what to try 1st to correct the problem. One person suggested a different oil. I have been running Super Tech 10w-40 and going to try the Valvoline Motorcycle oil for wet clutches. Just wanted to see if there was anything else to try before ordering clutch plates? I have a 2009 WR450F

Try packing the springs with 1mm washers, has worked on several bikes for me.

Is the clutch lever free play adjusted ? If you don't have enough play it will kill your clutch
