Forest Road 25 connecting Randle, Wash., to the Lewis River Highway (Forest Road 90 east of Cougar) will open next Friday, May 23. Apparently not much snow fell this year. Won't be long after the road opens and I'll bet the Dark Divide will be ridable(fallen trees permitting). I'm going to take a recon trip up there from the Amboy/Cougar side sometime mid June to see how far I can get. Anyone got a chainsaw and want to come with?

That place looks so nice. I definately want to ride there this summer.

Sorry, no chainsaw. Besides a chainsaw, me and a dirtbike would not be a good combination.
Next month is pretty busy with kids baseball and such, but Gifford Pinchot is on my list of new places to ride this summer. If you want company, post when and where you are riding and I'll try to make it down.

I'm gonna need to postpone my recon trip until after the 4th of July. Forgot that I have to go to Florida 8-22 June. I hate Florida.
I'll definitely post here as soon as I know when I'm going to do this. Good thing is, since I'm waiting a little longer, the snow will have more time to melt.
