Does anyone know if any earlier YZ or YZF OEM hubs will fit my 2003 YZ450F?

You can look at the parts diagrams in the Thumper Talk store OEM parts section.
Look up the part number for the hubs from various years to see.

Yes they will if you use the '99 front wheel spacers and the '03 rear spacers. '99 is the earliest you can go and get the rear to fit though, the axle was smaller in '98.

99-07 is compatible front and rear as long as you use the spacers for the year of the bike

For the rear you want the spacers for the year of the bike, for the front you want the spacers for the year of the wheel for anything from 99-07 (except the 07 YZ250F). The front hub changed between 00 and 01, but the wheel spacers changed the same amount, so the overall dimensions of hub and wheel spacers together remained unchanged. For the 07 YZ250F, and 08-up for everything else you can only use an 01-up front wheel with the 08-up spacers, as the spacing between the forks changed (but the front hub did not) so the wheel spacers changed.

The rear brake rotor on the 99 hub is 5mm smaller also, but it works.
