I should be getting my suspension back from factory connection soon and begining reassembling things. I know the top end measurment is 0mm. They forks were installed to the top line on the fork tube, is this correct or should they sit flush with the bottom of the cap?

Take your pick. You can move the forks up and down to adjust handling. If put the caps flush with the top of the triples the high speed handling will more stable but turning will be a bit slowed or lathargic. If you move the tubes up in the triples (to the line or futher) the turning will become a bit quicker and more nimble, but you will sacrifice stability at high speed which can lead to head shake (and a chaffed ass from eating the seat at high speeds)...

I think I'll put them back to where they were since they seemed to work fine there for trails. Plus im installing a scotts unit. I guess they were just moved up before I bought it. I just wanted to make sure that the measurement for top end height was from the bottom of the cap.
