Hi guys. I have a '99 WRF. When I open the fuel tap, immediately fuel starts to drip from tap and underneath from one of the plastic pipes hanging below. It never stops while the bike has not been started. When I turn the fuel tap off, it still gives about 2 drops every 10 seconds. Is this normal? Any advice will be much appreciated.

Nope...not normal. Float needle is either worn or stuck, or the o-ring that seals the float needle seat to the carb body is worn. Time to pull the float bowl off and check it out...
