Ask them for FACTS: increased lap times? technical and maintenance issues? obvious design flaws? etc.

I bet they know nothing about the 2010.

differents for me is 800 bucks which is not a lot

With only a $900 difference you are either getting a great offer for the 2010 or a crappy offer for the 2009. $900 isn't that bad. Personally I wouldn't even consider the $2-3k overcharge many guys are currently paying in the US for the 2010.
