Shock spring sag and rate

I was wondering if any of you had tried changing your rear spring. I am 210 ready to roll and my free and race sag both are fine with the stock spring. I've talked to a couple other heavy riders who have changed to a heavier spring rate and liked it better but if the sag works I really thought that was all that mattered. I feel like my suspension is dialed in pretty good, stock. Any thoughts?
