I just got a new FMF system for my 2010. Do I need to modify the stock program?

Just got done with my first ride with a new complete FMF exhaughst. I called and asked first and they said none of the mapping needed to be changed, that they designed it for the stock program. After riding it for 4+ hours no problems at all and a noticible power increase.

I wonder if you will even need a tuner for it then? Will you still be able to do the other maps?
