Yeah, I'm having DJH (Dave Halverson) build it for me, which is driving me nuts cause I've NEVER had someone else build a motor for me but 4 stroke dirt bike motors are not my forte, and it's getting an EXC tranny with it as well as a bottom end makeover. Not a good one to cut my teeth on I don't think.
But yeah it should be an awesome bike all said and done.

I am looking for feedback on the 2Moto for my Hussy. I have heard a rumor that one dealer in BC has made the mod for the new gen Husabergs ('09 and newer), but I haven't seen any details about what is involved. Would I need a new subframe to replace the current plastic subframe that is where many airboxes are?
Thoughts?
Other feedback about the suitability of this bike for 2Moto?
I think stock it probably has adequate power - but maybe I need more? It certainly has enough power for me for dirt riding - although I have gone to a 12 tooth sprocket to slow it down for technical trails (it still does 90+MPH indicated on the pavement). I think it wouldn't take much tweaking to get another 5 to 10 HP out of the bike with some changes to the EFI and the pipe, but I am not inclined to do so unless I would need it.
My main use would be putzing around through trees off-trail and boon-docking. I want something that could be tuned for that and would get me into and out of difficult spots. While hill climbing looks like fun, I would not care whether I could keep up with sleds or Hawks in that kind of riding.
