I've really been slacking and didn't take pictures during the build like i planned to, but I guess some is better than none. I am not too good at this type of thing, so write back with as many questions as you have and I will try to answer them the best I can. The mattress is a custom sized memory foam one. It's twin width, but 70 inches long instead of the normal 78. Underneath it is a 95 gallon rv water tank. It has two openings (one in the bottom, one in the top right corner for a breather/overflow) that have been plumbed through the floor of the van to underneath the van, so that you can use the water to pressure wash bikes with the doors closed and  the bed won't get wet or dusty. The wall paneling and side paneling is all done out of 3/8" plywood then upholstered with indoor/outdoor carpet from lowes. The same goes for the barn doors. In the back the walls and ceiling were also done with 3/8" plywood, but the floor was done with 3/4" plywood then covered with vinyl flooring. The boxes were also made out of the 3/4" plywood and hinged with piano hinges. The front bike shoe is permenently bolted down, while the rear one is a bracket to make the shoe removable. You have to push the left bike in backwards, but I think for all the cargo room it is worth it. Let me know what you guys think.

It's not tile, it's vinyl flooring. My buddy does it for a living so he had tons of extra stuff. I just got lucky finding the checkerboard stuff. I guess you could buy some at lowes, home depot, or any type of flooring store. I have heard of guys using tile, but I think that it would be a lot easier to tear up by accident.

Tile is no good. Gas and chemicals will bet between the tiles and mess up the glue.

When I did my box van I went to a flooring store and asked for their thickest stuff. Then they told me about some overstock they had and let it go at 50% off. In a van you don't have that much area to cover, so it should be easy to find some overstock for cheap.

Great build Jayson.

I just put it down and made 4 corner 90's out of 3/4" ply that held it snugly from sliding, then built the bed frame on top of it with studs and a 3/4" piece of ply on top of it so it couldn't go up and down.

Very nice build Jayson
What about insulation ?
Did you use any behind the walls or just the 3/8 with carpet on it ?

How did you anchor the partition ?
