yz426f gear box problem

when riding my yz426 it feels like the chain is jumping but its not only felt it in first gear because i shut it straight off checked the chain and sprockets and they are all fine could someone please give me some rough advice on what this could be the help would be much appreciated thanks.

Chain correct tension?
Are you lugging the motor when this happens?

the chain is right and it only does it under pressure

That's caused by worn locking lugs on the gear pair in question. You'll need to replace the two gears that lock together to engage the gear in which the jumping/skipping occurs.
