DMann; @ 160lbs I think the springs might be a little firm for you but it really depends a lot on the type of riding you do, the terrain you do it on and also your ability.
My suggestion is to look at re-valving the front forks, they are setup very harsh from factory, comp damping is too extreme in the initial stage.
The rest you should be able to adjust from stock with the current springs & clickers etc.
The steering of this bike is very sensitive to the rear ride height adjustment, I would set the rear spring according to the feel of the steering, it will under steer badly if the rear height is too low & you can also move the forks up in the tripple clamps if the rear gets too firm/high for you.
Get the steering & forks setup good before you decide if you need a different rear spring.
