Just a quickie, are the stock triple clamps on the 05 450f rubber mounted?

Im looking at getting probably the p3 pro taper upper clamp but im not sure if stock is rubber or not so i dont want to get something harsher than stock (If they are than ill get the rubber mounted pro taper mount which is dearer)
cheers

No, the 05 had the bar mounts and top clamp cast as one piece, the bar mounts weren't even removable.

I see, so im thinking just get the pro taper p3 upper clamp and get rid of my bar adapters because my bars are pretty high as they are now. pastrama fmx pro taper bar

Anyone think this is a bad move for any reason? whats the quality like on the upper clamps?
