Does anyone have these on their YZ450? Im putting them on mine now and I got the ones that mount to the top triple clamp and Im going to have to trim the number plate to the point where the strap wraps around the handlebar. I need to take it off totaly for it to fit right but im sure the strap is there for a reason??

The strap on the number plate is too keep the front brake line from getting caught behind the number plate.

Thanks! I figured that but Im going to have to come up with something because the mount for the hand guards is right where the strap hooks back to the number plate, Any ideas??

let the plate get pushed out a tad. Doesn't make a difference until you look down and get worried over it. The slight problem I had was the clearance with the brake line.
