Not to much to do. Footpegs, hourmeter and still waiting the return of the original and an 04 shock.

Hi J-mca, the number plates are custom made from Rusk racing and the rest of them are factory effex evo graphics which can be brought almost anywhere.

How did you get the motor so clean!!! Last winter i went through the same thing on my 01 426. Tore it all down, painted the frame, valve cover, and misc motor covers. While it was all apart i also did the 450 body conversion. The one thing i cannot get the dirt stains off of is the motor!! What is the trick!!

Secret....... No, I have a small sand blaster which gets used on the case halves to clean the stubborn mud/oil stains. Other then that I use a chemical cleaner like alibrite .

This was a fun project and I'm quite happy with the results. To think I nearly passed on getting this bike.
