Fitness build up

hey all,
im roughly 6ft, (probably little over) 17 years old, and love riding.
Well my question is, what should i be doing to get into a high fitness level, i would count my self as at a reasonable fitness level right now. I am a keen MTB rider, and have access to one of these (multi gym?)

so whats a good plan, i think an hour a day???, its up to you, run, ride, gym thingo, etc. I live in Australia so weather is awsome (just to brag :thumbsup:)

P.S i lost a lot of weight a while back, and was wondering how to best build up like pecks (tone?)????

I am assuming you are talking about ride fitness?

yer well general fitness,
but for the reason of riding, i never seem to get arm pump even with lond enduro rides, but theres always room for improvement.
plus super fit pulls well with the ladies !!lol
