I like eBay especially paying through Paypal using credit card.

That said i think I would not mess with the regular headlight but put the hid in the auxillary lighting in the bumper.

HID lights need about 1-2 minutes to warm up to produce maximum light output.
what do you think will be YOUR problem if you use HID for high beams ?

Just my personal experience - I have an 05 suburban - bought xentec HID's for the low beams off eBay (6K), put them in, turned them on, and 90 seconds later my plastic stock headlight housing began to melt a ring into the center of lens. I also bought 4K 880's for the factory fogs - they have a deflector in them so they didn't melt, but 8 months later they're dead. All silverstar ultras for me from here on out...

I've just put the HID's from JAT in my F350, they are the 9007 bulbs. If you haven't already ordered the JAT setup, I can tell you they make a huge difference!! I haven't added the diode so that I can have high and low at the same time, when I do that it will be like driving during daylight!!

I already have some HID's in my X now but JAT informed me there are mechanical so i don't have dual filaments :banghead: but I really wanna order them once I can save my money up again and will be going with the headlights and fog's and i wanna run the hi's and lows at the same time too, that's 4 HID's!!!. And then i wanna be able to get them for my dad's F-250 and our magnum, but think that'd be down the road a little cuz i don't wanna have to buy them for their cars yet.

Can you pm me a pic of how they look at night?
