Hello

I have an issue with my right elbow that is coming up within this last year. About a year ago at night in the dark I turned and rammed my right elbow into a door frame. It REALLY HURT. The pain went away in a few days but since then it was easily aggravated while sleeping or at work ( use a computer all day right hand is the mouse side)

I had adjusted a bit at work to make it less stressful and was careful how I slept not to lay on the right arm which would make it worse.

About a month ago most symptoms were gone. All but the very tip of the elbow was fine. The tip was still sensitive to the touch. Not bad.

So at stonyford yesterday after a few hours of good pace dirtbike riding, for the first time the elbow flared up while riding. this flare up was pretty bad and the reason I am posting. I was on a different bike which maybe a factor buy the elbow is VERY painful now and sensitive again. Extending the arm about 90% to full extention is painful. The whole arm is effected ( or affected get them confused) with an achy pain now.

There is no swelling I can see and no bruising ( though I do not usually show brusing easily)

Before I go in to the doctor and start all the test shots and whatever mid-evil torture that will be inflicted on me I thought I would try here first. :)

thank you for your time.

Charles
