Pretty cool interview with Henge...cites "emotional decision" which cost 1x the race.

That's funny - Robby claims his crash cost them the race:

"The last three nights I’ve woken up before dawn thinking about it. There’s no doubt if I hadn’t gone down we would’ve won the race. Its gonna haunt me for a while."

I'd like to think a multitude of factors contributed to the loss (of only 2.5 minutes over a ~700 mile course!)... harping on one bad decision seems kinda silly, but what do I know? Check out the tweaked bars they had to contend with the last couple hundred miles of the race:

A good race report like usual. I hope you race the series next year. Green needs to win! Stong work Destry!

5 pilots... Isn't it too much?!?!?
Do they had opportunity to race all or is just for the record?

"Hopefully the next time I race it I’ll be in a race truck or car though".... as they say, with age comes a cage.

How could you not change those bars out! You would think that they would have to slow you down a little...how many G-outs was he thinking is this the one:worthy:

When your good your good. Thats why these guys are pros and the rest of can only dream of riding miles and miles of car sized whoops at 90 mies an hour. Id sit on the side and cry if my bars looked like that.

I'm not mechanically inclined, I'd have to sell the bike and get a new one with straight bars.
