i have recently got a bowflex with basically all the attachments, so i was wondering what are the main muscles i need to be working to help with moto-x and how often i need to work these muscles? i also have a mountain bike that i got to help with my stamina how often should i ride it?

Legs,arms,stomach inner core. ride the mtn bike at least 3 times a week more is better. I have used the BowFlex nice machine..it will Help in a fast way.:thumbsup:

Not trying to say bowflex is a bad machine but for the money you spent on that you could have bought free wieghts and it would do much more for core strenth and conditioning.

altec1, thanks for the advice i will give it a try.
DIRTEE1, your right the bowflex is very expensive but if you find one used like I did it is fairly cheap considering what a new one costs
