i have a spot on my lower back right in the middle that will start hurting so bad that i cant breath or hardly move but it ill only do it for an hour or so then completely vanish and ill feel fine and i was wondering if i should go see about it or if its just normal becouse its done for as long as i can remeber and im only 16. and also my eye wont quit twiching its been doin it for like a week how can i stop it?
very painful back pain.

I used to drink a lot of energy drinks until I had a pain in my lower back that hurt so bad I could not sit/lay/walk for about two hours then it went away. It felt like some stuck a knife in my lower back. Went to the DR he said I possibly passed a kidney stone. Anyway I quit drinking them things and three years later no pain like that. I have broken ribs, arms, dislocated shoulders and nothing that could come close to that pain. Just my 2 cents!
