I have a line on a 1999 KTM Pro Junior 50 for $350.

Needs cylinder, pipe and clutch.

If paid the $200-$250 would this be a good deal?

Ya know I don't know if I'd touch this one. Sure the price seems like you couldn't go wrong but you are looking at some $$$ to get it back up to snuff. Those little cylinders are not cheap !!! If the cylinder is bad the piston is too?

I'd also bet that the crank/bearings on that thing are toasted too
Cylinder approx $300
Piston approx $100
Crank/bearings $300
Clutch shoes $150

You would be better off buying a newer one in better shape. But its your money and TIME.... good luck to you

Yes I agree. I am not sure it would be a good deal for free! I just found another one same year for $575 that has a fresh top end. I am looking for a project for the winter. I need to find a beat up KTM 200 two stroke!
