at the end of this posting is a web site showing the carb for your DRZ400S

It's called an OEM Parts Diagram/Detail....many SUZUKI Dealers have them on their websites and it costs nothing to use it:smirk:
Item Number 58 is your piece I believe

I recommend that you learn to look up parts diagrams for your bike if you are going to be doing your own work
1. saves lots of headaches
2. great learning tool
3. free education
4. you will now appear SMART to your riding buddies

here's the site:

glad to help:thumbsup:

Have fun & happyriding !!

GOF------you are entirely correct....AND TT gives GREAT DISCOUNTS too

however, I tend to look up parts where it is easiest & quickest to find them in the pics

with TT offering so many items, it just takes way too long to get to the detail I usually want

THAT SAID....I buy as much from TT or more than any other OEM DEALER as they are GREAT PEOPLE and also offer GREAT PRICES

thanks for pointing this out to all of us:thumbsup:

Actually the OEM parts system is pretty much the same anywhere you go.

For this vacuum line though I probably just go get a piece of hose from the local auto parts store.
