Hi
This is my first post, can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two heads, the part numbers are different.
Orginal Head # 12010-KSC-D10 and the head that I can pick up locally for a good price # 12010-KRN-A00 Just wondering if there is any difference between the two heads, my orginal has some bad pitting in it and I saw this other one for sale, not sure why my orginal has such a strange number.. they are boy for the same year and model CRF250X...???
Thanks

Where did you get that first part number? i work at parts in a honda shop i searched the number and all it says is it's a cylinder head assy. It doesn't say what kind of bike it's on or anything.
i could call honda tech line and ask direct but they're normally not much help..... and that won't be til tues

My son races a Honda Powered Moriwaki MD250H Road Racing motorcycle in the USGPRU series, that is the part number they have in the service manual for the bike, It runs the same cylinder, piston and valves that a standard 2007 CRF250 X/R runs, just wondering what the difference is between the Head in motor now to a standard Moto X motor ??? . It is a spec series race, I am lead to believe the cylinder head has not been altered by Moriwaki.. so standard should work ???
