Does anyone know if anyone sells oil cooler guards for a dr 650? I bought a 2005 last week and cant believe nobody makes one, since suzuki's crappy little screen covering the front has a hard time not bending just from the wind while riding. I would love to find one that covers both sides like you can get for any water cooled bike.

Might try Dual Star or JC whit, if you find one let me also.

I have not seen one that needed a guard..... yet.
I have thought about this too, but i hate adding weight. Has anyone ever had an issue with bashing the cooler?

My oil cooler guard has protected my oil cooler during a fall or two.

You must be bored as hell to answer a post from 2009. My bar has saved mine a few time but a nice polished aluminum cover like I had on most of my dirt bikes would look nice and stop damage beter than the window screen that they use. My DR does'nt run or handle as well as 4-strokes I had 25 years ago so I try to make it look good!
