I cant decide between an o-ring or x-ring chain. I had a "ringed chain" on my old 250f but didnt know which one it was. The reason I want one is because I had the stock sprockets on my old bike the entire time I had it and would like to preserve the sprockets on my new bike as well.

so basically is a regular o-ring chain sufficiant for a 250f?

I'm a fan of the Regina ORN6 chains, but there are others that are just as good.

The Regina chains are very good....I also had good luck with the DID X-Ring chain.
