Where is the battery located on the 07 klx 250s? I recently added a battery to my 07 KLX 300 to convert it to DC power. I dont like it in the air box. So where do they put it on the 250? My service manual only goes to 1997 and it's no help.:smirk: A picture would be nice. Thanks. Go Green

Underneath the rear left hand side panel, in front of the coolant reservoir. Sorry, no picture.

Thats a big help. Is there a bracket or mount. How is it attached? Is there some protection? Wait a minute! I could check the TT OEM Parts Diagram. DUH.:smirk: Thanks again

The ole brain isnt what it used to be. Must be the altitude. I see the sub frame is different on the 250 compared to the 300. Looks like some engineering is in the works.
