Hi guys, I have an 08 klx450r. 48 pilot, 165 main, air box mod, o-ring mod, fmf slip-on. Bike runs really good. I am having a slight problem with bogging. if I ride careful and smooth (like I'm supposed to) I don't experience a bog, but if while riding (specially after getting off my 2-stroke) I snap the throttle to quick it will bog. I have ridden a friends crf450x with the j-d jet kit and o-ring mod and it works perfectly. Is there that much in the needle and adjustable air screw? What would be my next change, smaller leak or modify the ap diaphram for a longer squirt? Any info greatly appreciated.
