Riders,

Many of you saw me at the 24 hour race with my camera. I interviewed many of you and I spoke to many who wanted to donate helmet cam or HD cam footage. I did receive some footage from a few teams and I thank you all for the footage.

I was wondering if anyone else got footage that they'd like to contribute to the "Pinning the Ridge" documentary? It can be anything, photos, video, helmet cam footage, hand held.

Thank you fellow racers!

Gary, here are my stills if your going to add some, take anything you like.

Tom Niemela took some cool go pro footage of almost the entire loop. He strapped it to his check protector and it came out VERY cool as you can see his handlebars and front end.

Thanks for the link! I'll try to use what I can.

I had my gopro on my chest protector too! I got a lot of cool footage from that angle including the start and the line at the house.

What's the best way to get in touch with Tom?

Gary -

Whats a good email? Chuck White had his Hero att'd to his chest protector, don't know if that's of any use but I don't think he's on TT and I accidentally deleted your PM with your e-mail.

Chuck will probably be glad to share his footage even though you were on the Time Badits :busted:

You guys outclassed by 40 minutes :worthy: but it was a blast!:ride:

Gary,

I know a TT member (robr54) has several hours of footage, both helmet cam as well as video of the start including IM... shoot him a PM. I am sure he'll be glad to help you out.

I've got most of a really slow and crappy daytime lap (like all my laps), and the full start lap if I can repair the QT file, from a CountourHD. I'll post the link here as soon as I've got it uploaded; it'll be a couple of days because I'm still on the road though.

Mike,

Yeah, Rob gave me his footage at the track. It's pretty good footage, too!

Actually, we were not on Time Bandits. We were Bots Racing. My sister, Dawn, and Jeff Stob had a couple of hard crashes during the night laps and we were down to 3 riders during some of the night laps and dropped back some.
We had a blast though and are looking forward to next year!

Was that Red Barney stuck in that mud pit in the trees? He said he spent some time getting to know the Ridge mud that night.

Nice vid Nilles. I was your pit neighbor, 107F. What helmet light were you using?
