I have gone to two local shops and spoke with another over the phone about main and pilot jets for my 2003 DRZ400E's Keihin FCR 39 and it was like I was asking for plutonium. They either could not use part #s that I gave them (from a TT post), or they could only order what was spec for the bike, or they had to actually have the old jets from the carb that I have not yet taken off... :banghead:

Isn't this carb the most common one around for dirt bikes? Why is this so difficult? :foul:

How/where do I go about ordering the correct jets (160 mj / 48 pj) online for my bike?

Thanks in advance!!

Sudco will sell single jets, as will Service Honda.

I believe Sudco has a 25.00 order min.

And, duh!:bonk: I forgot to mention OEM jets via our microfiche.

Carb Parts Warehouse

JetsRUs

You can also tell your dealer it is for a YZ450F, KX450F.... You are dealing with a parts monkey who knows nothing other than how to maybe look up a part number in a catalog.
