Hi Guys,
i am a new poster on this site as i have just acquired a new RM 125 for my lad as he has come off his big wheel SX. i am not a jetting novice (own a KTM 300) and they are fun to jet, but have never had an RM before so am looking for any pointers please.

Bike is run in.
Current jetting:
pilot: 42.5
needle (stock 6CHY17-65) on clip 2
main 390.
running motorex at 32:1, 500ft asl, approx 10 degrees C (50f)

so at present am running bigger main than the book says, and 1 clip leaner on the needle- thats how it came from the shop.

motor appears to be running fine, fairly crisp, little/no spooge, my main question is will this be ok as the temp drops as winter in the uk arrives? bike is not lilkey to be ridden below about freezing.

any comments would be really helpful. ta.

by the way, he loves the bike, re-sprung and revavled for his weight!

cheers.

Welcome!
Go to the Suzuki FAQ's sticky here:
http://www.thumperta...ad.php?t=749204

There you will find a jetting link to get you going!
Good luck, oh and if you get the chance post us a brochure on the 2010 RM's so we can drool over what we can't have.
Thanks
